Because I have one sat on me drive ready for me to build a full Stainless Exhaust system for it..... And boy does it look just right :-)

I'll post some pictures up as I do the exhaust this weekend

Im looking forward to laying on me back sorting this one out.....MUCH more fun that doing all this Jap crap stuff

I'll PM you, But it all depends what you want, Nascar Side Exits, Twin rear, Single Rear, 2.5" or 3" you can choose exactly what you want. Oooo and dont forget the Electric Cutout/race Valve ( ERV)

We only use 316L (Marine Grade) Stainless tube and Mandrel bends. All joints are finish Tig welded with 316L welding rods

A 3rd Gen from the Y pipe back would be less than this dual system as its a single pipe back to a split into two for the exits.

Im doing this one now to help Vicky and Dave out as they have been let down by a 3rd party (enough said I think

)

What I have planned in the near future is to have a proper workshop with car lift to do the work in.... Im turning down/ delaying 2/3 systems a week at the moment.... So I need to get things sorted.

All I can say is Watch this space, as I think it could happen quite soon....

The Down side is that Im going to have to sell my GMC Typhoon (look it up if your not sure what one is:-) to fund this.

Just the hangers needed to finish it off

The Tips are clamped in place with a stainless band clamp, so you can choose what Angle to have them Dave

There isnt much room under a 2nd Gen..... Our PIG to POLAND Reliant has more room underneath

Looking good mate, I have just bought a 1978 Y88 Gold special edition Trans am might be interested in a exhaust system as nobody does one in stainless for this year, might be something you want to go into. Do you do the system in kit form and how much.

For the time being Im just going to build each system on the car's, I can see why people dont do these as a bolt on kit, because its a tight fit at best!!! Ive never Jigged a system up before ...... its a possability once we have the room to store the Jigs (I think there is more work in that than building the system itself but once done:-) )

I can sort you a full list of the components that Ive used (As your a welding man)

Once in our workshop I think I could produce one like this on the car in about 12 hours finished and ready to go. So it could be done in a day.

12 hours - one day !!!, sounds good Fin, I can't wait to drop mine off, how's about I drop it off when we collect Daves

Ive just been down the garden and seen Daves attemp at welding, lol, hope yours don't look like that Fin, lol.
