Right guys i've been on the phone to the dove cote and there happy for us to camp on the Sunday night in a 3 acre field at the rear of the pub.
Were allowed to bring our own food and drink but only in the camping area! so in the daytime drinks and food must be from the bar unless your on the campsite area.
There happy to let us stay for free but there will be a charge for setting up the toilets for us at only £70 normaly £400 when they have a function there so quite a good price i think.
Charge. were thinking of £5 per head to camp (kids go free)to cover the cost of the toilets and if theres any money left over it could be put towards having flyers printed to promote the meet. we need 14 people at £5 to cover costs and to be honest if we don't get 14 i'm happy to pay more to promote what we have!
They may be putting on a fun day/weekend so there could be a bouncy castle etc at the rear of the pub but please note we will be in our own fenced area.
The plan is to park as normaly on Sunday and move the cars round the back later, you can put your tent up anytime on Sunday.
Could people please give me an idea of interest.
Please pass info on to regulars as not all people that come to our meet come on the forums.

If we can get everything after The All Clubs sorted we might make the trip Smit, all sepends on how much we have to clear away.
