Having gone through some, but not all, Forums it has stuck me as rather ODD that there seems to be a "LACK" of "THUNDERBIRDS" amongst our members??????
Does ANYBODY out there own a "ThunderBird", or ThunderBirds??
I`m fortunate enough to own Two of these "Fantastic" cars, one a 1965 and the other being a 1976 "Big-Bird". The later coming off the production line in June 76`. The production for this model ending July 76`, and thereby becoming the "Last of the Big-Birds". My 65` has a 352ci fitted, the 76` having the 460ci.
I`ve tried, several times, to Up-Load photos but keep getting told the file is to "Large", so folks I`ll try and get a photo of both cars up on site ASAP.
In the mean time should anyone be interested, you can "Meet My Birds" in an article published in our Magazine back a few months ago.
Should any member out there own a "T-Bird", of any year, I`d be more than "Happy" to hear from you and if possible would ask if you`d post a few pics.

Hello John

Nice to see you here at the forum.

I noticed a little while ago some nice T-Birds finding their way on to Ebay. Some of the early sixties cars seem to represent pretty good value.

I noticed this later, Blown Bird on Ebay. It's only up the road, might have a peep

Barry

Hi there dj, I do apologise for placing the article in the wrong place, it was due in part to the time I was on line and to having yet another Busy day etc. SO SORRY, and "THANK YOU" in advance for your moving it to the Correct place.

Hi there Buddy, and "Thanks" for the Welcome.
Yep the 60s T-Bird models are "Value for Money" and do Catch the EYE of many a passer-by, as does the 76` "Big-Bird".
Let me know if you do get to see the 93` model.

Looks an interesting car for sure John.

But the Missus is polishing her rolling pin mate, so I better think hard

Now "My Boy" no need to decide which T-Bird you may get in the future, if they are the car you want, as you`ve plenty of time.
I thought you were interested more in the "Knight Rider" style of car, than a "T-Bird"????
No need to Envy my cars, Son, as you know you`re more than "Welcome" to drive either one at Any Time.

 Hi again Buddy.
Which car do you mean, is it the 65` or the 76`???
Both have their own points of interest, as you`ll know from the article/pics sent, this is why I keep changing my mind as to which one I`d sell/P.X etc.
On top of which my "Missus" keeps changing her mind on which she ( "IN/DOORS-Who must be OBEYED") prefers????
Aint the "So-Called" weaker sex incredible? We "Can`t live Wiv Em + Can`t live Wiv Out Em".
Don`t tell the "Missus" I said that Barry, or you won`t be the only one dodging a "Rolling-Pin"

 Hello tracy34ukf.
Meant to post a "THANK YOU" before now, for your reply and the photo. Look forward to any up dates you may have on the restoration work.
 Hi to you Kerpal also.
I`d not noticed any T-Birds until after buying mine, but found them to be a little "Thin on the GROUND" at the shows attended in 2007. I`d say the total amount of these cars I`ve seen total less than 20?? Bye the way, I had a look at your "BLOG" and like it a lot Buddy. If you`d care to send me your Email address I`d be only to pleased to send you a few Web Sites, ALL "FORD" related, that may be of interest to you, that`s if you`ve not been on them already.

Got to admit I have not seen much of the T Bird club for at least a couple of years, used to have a great Stand at the Nationals.
