Ive got to sell it as i need a truck. The kids are too old to fit in the back,my son is well into dirt biking and my daughter has a horse.Ive got a tiny VW pickup at the moment which is just too small and i cant warrant buying yet another vehicle and keeping the Transam.Last year I did about 100 miles in it As you may or may not know,I spent 10k on the Transam 2000 miles ago upgrading to a 400 hp ZZ4 with EFI and 6 speed manual. There is a mate of mine locally who has offered me the asking price of £10,000 which must make it the dearest 3rd gen in the UK,but ive actually spent almost three times that on it. If i could i would rather sell it to someone further afield as i dont want to see it being driven by someone else. This car has been my life for 20 yrs.I had it before marriage or kids and at times it has been put before both! I have my eye on a Dodge truck which im probably going to buy tomorrow. I will still be on these boards regularly though cheers PM

I will still be on these boards regularly though cheers PM i had a 6 cyl z1300 kawasaki fer 13 years sold it to'a localish lad ive known fer a few years, i got mi money i was happy with an the memories , (buyin tyres 3 at a time ,wearin tyres out in 900 miles or 12 days , replacing bent valves twice, replacin a blown head gasket , replacin a broken water pump drive chain an havin loads a fun thrashin it unmercifully over the years ) only thing i regret was havin a ride on the bike about 2 month later, then wishin id never sold it , keepin the old reg number (now on mi ram),an a new one on the bike , that helped lose its identity to me when ever i heard or saw it so ad sell it ,but then dont go for a drive init again as a past 3rd gen transam (also camaro z28)owner , i never miss presently owing them , the v8 pickups since an mi present dodge more than makes up an 's all my boxes an i wont be goin back to a transam or camaro

Damn! This deal sounds like a case of having the best of both worlds, the money for your T/A, and you still get to drive it . quote:
