i know what yer mean about a 440
thats what i wanted after a "little worked on" 340 plymouth duster beat my 6.6 (403)transam at drag strip ,
12.8 secs against my 15.3[&:]
so about 18 years ago i got this 440 magnum rt/charger as a daily user ,
which also run in high 13s at drag strip [:D]
downside was regular 8mpg [sm=confused72.gif] an no power steering

there wont be too much wrong if its a good strong runnin 383 ,probly only 1/2 sec diffrence on 1/4 mile against a 440,
diffrence between a good or bad start
