Bought my self this awsome 06 facelift Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins on Saturday. Amazing truck, cost over £40k when new then had £10k worth of extras put on, only 11k miles.

Anyway, fella i know comes round to have a look next morning and made a very generous offer that i just couldnt refuse so today i went out and bought my self this 05 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins instead

Should be just the job for pulling my car trailer.

both great lookin trucks [sm=thumbsup.gif]
personally dont think the bigger headlamp units suit the face lift 2006
but ther again if yer drivin it yer dont see'em [:D]
did ther feel any diffrence cab wise (switches seating etc) when drivin 2005 against the 2006

I liked the grille on the 06 but not the big lamps. The 06 was much more car like to drive, more refined, quieter in side. It had a £3500 stereo, dvd, tv, nav, reversing cameras etc plus an 8 tonne Superwinch for the front. It was an awsome tool but i'm a realist and the profit was too good to turn down

The 05 feels bigger to drive and more truck like, it sounds awsome with a straight through exhaust and the acceleration is unbelievable. I prefer the look of the 05 i think, it's a bit less blingy. I kept the standard rims from the 06 so may fit them to the 05.

Yeah, I agree with Dave re the big headlamps, I prefer the 05 look I reckon. Lurve the front on the 08/09 model thats coming soon.
Both nice trucks tho Andy.

Earning it's keep now, tows like a dream. You have to keep an eye on your speed, you can hardly tell the trailer is on the back
