I don't think that my 4th gen z28 makes enough exhaust noise.  As I don't want to spend a small fortune I thought I might take a saw to the rear box and remove some of the baffling in there and then test my welding to put it back together again.

Given this might go horribly wrong, I've found a chap breaking a camaro on Ebay who wants 30 quid for his, which seems reasonable.

Has anybody tried this before, or alternatively has replaced there rear box and woudl let me have the old one for less

Cheers,
Jimbo

In answer to the first question & after a think.... The LT1 TAs are actualy quite a quiet engined car...especialy after the Cats...

So if you want a loud.... Basic system (Good looking all the same :-)  that would be,  let us say Fruity...... I could get the price down to (WITH PROOF OF AACI MEMBERSHIP) to £275 all in

it will take a FULL day to fabricate.... Your Car will go faster at the end of the day
