Status: offline 		It’s no Secret that Pam & I relinquished the running of the AACI on 1st March this year & passed it onto the team who now have full control of the club, it’s also no secret that we did so to allow us more time to devote to expanding our events company while at the same time continuing to support the club I founded back in 2003 via AACI Hosting of events we organize.
 
We are now in a position to elaborate more clearly why such a decision had to be made because we are now involved with organization of the greatest challenge that has ever been presented to us that we knew would require at least twelve months of planning, in short, along with a very close friend we will be launching the biggest USA vehicle event ever to be put together in Europe or even the USA.
 
Not only is it to be a whole new Event but it will be the very first event to take place at a whole New Venue.
Having visited the site recently all I can say is we are Blown Away with the sheer size & Amenities that it offers but even more importantly we have Exclusive Contract for the next Three years & is within a 20 mile radius of our Capital City of London.
 
The site has great Area’s of Hard Standing as well as a Permanent Structure measuring 4,000 sq Mtrs !!!!!! & I have uploaded a picture of that building.  For this special Launch the Building is dedicated to Special Displays although we have a reserved Area within the Structure to display a selection of top quality example of member’s vehicles along with the Top Fulie car of Andy Carter Motorsport.
The use of the Structure will feature heavily in future plans that Pam & I are seeking to introduce later this year.


 I have scanned in JPG files of the Flyer that has been produced in the Thousands for promotion of the very first event on 3/4/5th April 2009.
The Event also has its own ‘Dedicated’ Web Site at www.usamotorshow.co.uk.  This site will be updated over the coming weeks & will include details such as Camping & Day Entry prices as well as Entertainment & a host of other information.
 
You will note from the attached files that there are in fact four shows in one since we are covering every aspect of our scene such as Custom, Rod, Limo & Bikes so perhaps you will understand the Scale of organizing such a huge show & the demands on our time & experience that Pam & I have to face over the coming months.
 
We already have great offers of support from several other clubs & will be arranging meetings with ALL other clubs over the coming months including the NASC & NSRA.  Offers of help have also been received from great Icons of the Scene such as Tony Oskien of the Mopar Euro Nats Team for example.
 
For the very first time in our many years of organizing National events we will be in a position to decide what Camping & Day Entry Fee’s will be & you can be rest assured that as Enthusiasts far more years than I care remember the interest of the enthusiast is a main priority rather than enthusiasts or individual exhibitor having to pay the same prices as Public.
 
AACI
AREA REPS.
Along with the Thousands of Flyers we have in supply we also have a varied & unique selection of ‘Limited’ production Post Cards.  Once again I have uploaded samples.
These postcards are unique since they are of a limited production & each is numbered in sequence up to 500.
They all include a personal message on the reverse & simply require the details of the person to whom they will be allocated & can retain as a collectable item specific to this Launch.

We will be supplying Area Reps with 10 Cards each that they can pass onto any VIP guest’s they may choose or to outstanding Members who attend their meets.
These Limited Edition Post Cards allow FREE of charge ‘Day Entry’ to the show & will be given at the Area Reps discretion.
These Cards are strictly for Day Entry, not Camping.

I will be distributing the Cards to Area Reps at the Summernationals at Billing on Saturday/Sunday 14/15th June.
