I had ntl for years a phone/tv/internet combination. Nothing but trouble, the telly sometimes you could find out whats on other times it was blank, then you'd programme a show to come on in a few hours and nothing happened. The boy would buy a film and it never showed and it would still be billed. Phone was meant to be free week end calls but I got billed sometimes and the internet was allways going down, just loose it for days and the e-mail worked when it wanted too. Always getting "your message couldn't be sent because of such and such a reason" I phoned and said cut me off I can get better else where, so a month went by and they just reduced my package to the lowest, no internet and basic 5 t.v.channels. in the meantime I bought one of them plug in side of computer sticks to get the internet off of the sattelittes. Next thing I know I get a letter from ballif/repo company for about 200 sheckles I tell 'em pi$$ off, a month later I'm in front of the beak and walk out later the best part of 500 quid worse off. I go home and I still got e-mail address from ntl and its the best its ever been. Moral of the story let them cut you off and you'll get better service
