if yer got a area meet or show and you want it to be made a sticky at the top of the page,all you got to do is ask for a meet to be made sticky a week or few day before the event,an one of the mods will make it a sticky for you

just ask ither in a post or email

we had a area rep who complained about another area reps meet made "sticky",an his meet wasnt,we as mods arnt mind readers an dont know without bein informed which meets are still on/at or same/diffrent venue etc without input from area reps,its all part of being area reps to keep us all informed as to whats happening,bit late complainin after the event when said rep fail to inform us mods an forum users of what was occurin in his area

remember guys wer here to help we want all reps to get the support they deserve an have a good meet or show [^]

yep,if you need owt doing daves yer man. just email and yer meets sticky no probs,makes sense to do that as people who might not spot it gets to support yers too,most reps and members are active enough on here anyways so it aint had to let people know,then once the better weather gets here people can have a run out and support other meets if its up here and sticky.
so if it aint up and stickied blame dave..lol. or yerself if you cant be arsed sorting so him and rest of us know.

I will put a post up under general about the cambridge meet on monday can it be made sticky till wednesday night ?

Hi Dave,

There's a new regular meet at the Tees Barrage in Stockton on Tees, first Wednesday of every month. It is in the car park of the Talpore Pub and the regulars are always there, meself included. Need some new bodies and cars now to keep the interest going. The pub is great for food and it's right next to the white water rafting part of the river. Right friendly bunch get there and I've not missed a meet. Big car park so no parking probs.

Second Wednesday of the month is the Metro Centre meet in Gateshead, plenty of cars and friendly bunch again (perhaps we all are eh?)

Anyone interested? Stockton meet goes right through the winter too if you keep yours on the road.

can someone tell me what a "sticky" is ? if it's got anything to do with putting my new meet details up across the top of every page on a huge flashing vegas style banner ad...then can I have some of that,please,..thanks. or anything ..really!

OH YEAH...
that's the NEW meet that starts THIS sunday,( 2ND SUNDAY OF EACH MONTH) 13th April. 12noon to 3pm at the Longs Arms/Hungry Horse, Yarnbrook, nr Trowbridge, Wilts..OK?
